Meditation and guided meditation/imagery classes are held in our serene Congers, New York studio or via telephone for clients anywhere in the World.

Meditation 101 and 102 are one hour in length; Guided Meditation classes can be set up for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Call 845-641-8775 to register for any of the following classes:

  • MEDITATION101: Covers the fundamentals of meditation. Breathing exercises and several types of meditation are covered including a guided meditation. (2-3 Sessions)

  • MEDITATION102: Includes all material covered in Meditation 101 plus additional meditation techniques, breathwork, fine-tuning and meditation practice development. Will include client's choice of a section on healing meditations or section on anxiety and stress reduction. (5-6 sessions)

  • DEEP RELAXATION (GUIDED): Focuses on allowing the body to deeply relax. This session is especially good to experience prior to starting a particularly stressful day or for relaxing at the end of a hectic day. (1 session)

  • PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION (GUIDED): Focuses on progressive relaxation of the muscles reducing pulse rate and blood pressure as well as respiration rates. This session is especially good for reducing anxiety.

  • RELEASING FEAR (GUIDED): Are you adept at thinking about all of the things that could go wrong with a particular situation so you'll be prepared for it? Do you have fears of being rejected or abandoned? Are you afraid of losing control over certain situations in your life? You're not alone. 99.8% of the population also have these fears. This session is especially designed to help you start to release some of your fears and replace them with inner peace.

  • ENERGY AND VITALITY (GUIDED): This session focuses on energizing the mind and body in a healthy way. Feeling "wired" or "hyper" is not energetically healthy for the body. This session is especially helpful for those who need to be able to relax but still want to feel energetic and vibrant.

  • MINDFULNESS (GUIDED): This session focuses on the practice of mindfulness: wakeful attention to our experiences from moment to moment. This session is will be particularly helpful to those who are also meditating on their own as the practices contained in this meditation are also very useful for private practice.

  • FOR PAIN OR ILLNESS (GUIDED): This intuitive and interactive session focuses on dealing with physical pain or discomfort caused by illness. This session is especially helpful for those who are dealing with some type of chronic physical pain, whether it is external or internal.

  • FORGIVENESS (GUIDED): This session focuses on releasing resentments and guilt. Forgiveness is not condoning actions that have caused injury, but a touching of the person who acted with mercy and loving-kindness. This session is especially helpful for those who need to forgive themselves or others for what they have or have not done in the past.

  • INCREASING SELF AWARENESS (GUIDED): This session focuses on allowing the body to deeply relax. This session is especially good to experience prior to starting a particularly stressful day or for relaxing at the end of a hectic day.

  • POSITIVE SELF AFFIRMATIONS (GUIDED): This session focuses on positive self-affirmations. Direct care and comfort to yourself and other important people in your life. All of us can use a little kindness and love directed our way! This session is especially good for those who are feeling guilt, sadness or are in emotional pain.

  • ANXIETY REDUCTION (GUIDED): This session focuses on deep relaxation techniques. This session is especially good for those who are looking to release some of the negative stress they are carrying in their minds and bodies.

  • WHAT YOU REALLY WANT (GUIDED): This session focuses on accessing your inner resources to discover what you really want in various areas of your life. You may discover that your inner and conscious selves are in agreement or they may want wildly different things! This session is especially useful for those who are in transition or making big changes in their lives.
